I'd usually go to Starbucks when in the town but this time I got a delivery as I wasn't well enough to head out (not long after surgery). Everything was fantastic! The food was hot. The pastries were fresh. The drink was filled to the rim and perfectly made! I will definitely get a delivery again!

I have initially been coming in with crutches after surgery and the staff could not be kinder carrying my order to my table. I come in several times a week and I always find the staff pleasant, and I have never seen the toilet locked.

Stood for nearly 10 minutes to place an order. Only one customer in front of me and none behind me. The girl member of staff was too busy chatting up the other customer. Decided to vote with my feet and went somewhere else for a coffee. Won't be back.

THE 2 FEMALES & 1 MALE WERE MOST UNFRIENDLY. THE ATMOSPHERE WAS AWFUL. BEFORE WE LEFT I WENT TO USE THE TOILET FACILITIES(IT WAS ONLY 8.30PM) AND THEY WERE LOCKED WHICH WAS DISGRACEFUL FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS. ANOTHER ELDERLY LADY WAS ALSO TURNED AWAY BY THE DOUR MALE WHO WAS ON DUTY. AT BEST THEY SHOULD ALL BE SEVERELY REPRIMANDED..AT WORST THEY SHOULD ALL BE REPLACED BY STAFF WHO WANT TO BE THERE,BE PLEASANT TO CUSTOMERS AND ABOVE ALL THE FACILITIES SHOULD BE OPEN. IF I COULD MY MARK WOULD BE MINUS 50!! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND OBTAIN DECENT STAFF & HAVE THE FACILITIES OPEN UNTIL CLOSING TIME..ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL..I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE. I ASKED 1 OF THE FEMALES WHY THE TOILETS WERE NOT OPEN..SHE MUMBLED SOMETHING WHICH I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND & NO EYE CONTACT WHICH I REALLY DETEST. . NO MANNERS AT ALL!! Cafe dirty and manager unhelpful and rude to customers, and also witnessed her rudeness towards a member of staff.
I have genuinely never been so disgusted by a Starbucks. 4 people work, one who was a manager, and the place was a mess. It wasnt even busy. The tables were all dirty with used cups and food debris trampled into the floor. I told the girl my table needed to be cleaned and I asked for a cloth - she gave me a dry cloth. I then said that the table was dirty and would need spray -SHE HANDED ME THE SPRAY BOTTLE AND SAID THANK YOU!!!!!!! Let's get it straight - I'm a customer, I didnt get paid to clean the table because it's YOUR JOB!!! I went down past the window about half an hour later and there were 2 people sat at my table WITH OUR OLD CUPS!!!! What a lazy bunch of slobs!

I ordered a cookies and Cream frappucino with extra caramel drizzle and the store delivered! The drink looked and tastes fantastic!I do enjoy how each store writes out my name and get a good laugh out of it each time!Today i was: "PhoebW"
