Not impressed with the covid hygiene at the Ballymena shop, dirty tables and too many people entering without masks and not being challenged by staff, until this is sorted I will not be coming here again.
The young worker behind the till, I believe her name was Pam, was absolutely outstanding. The best customer service I’ve ever seen in any shop. She stood with an amazing smile, listened to her customers and gave excellent service. She caught my eye due to her professionalism and outstanding customer service. 10/10
