Went for pre theatre dinner with a friend. Hadn’t been in this venue for quite a number of years, was a time I would have been in reasonably regularly when working close by.It is still the same friendly restaurant it was back then, good atmosphere, nice seating areas.We both had really excellent food, starter and mains, plus a lovely bottle of wine. 1st time at this establishment, hadn’t heard any 1st hand reports so always worth a punt- family of 7 including 2 fussy eaters and one child- everyone left happy and have already booked again for following month- Staff very informative and attentive- Great choice on menu- starters, mains and desserts!! Hence the 2nd booking to try more things on menu

Had a wonderful meal whilst on holiday. Ordered off the set price menu, all our meal choices were good - portion sizes, hot food and superb friendly staff. Excellent value for a city centre, would highly recommend
