One of the better ones. As with all franchises, sometimes they can be a lottery, but BK run their quality checks really tightly so you can normally expect consistency. This one IMO ranks quite well. (I managed a pretty good one in the past, so I know what I'm talking about). Everything made exactly as requested, portions good, everything really warm, speed of service excellent. This nice place for lunch is a hidden gem! The food is delicious, the ambiance is cozy, and the service is excellent. Highly recommended for a satisfying and enjoyable lunch experience.

This is the Burger King from Donegall Place but is now a shadow of its former self. Very compact, no atmosphere and of course prices are on the high side. Whether people will want to go to level 2 in Victoria Square to get a burger remains to be seen. McDonald's and KFC who are still in Donegall Place must be rubbing their hands in glee.
