The staff here, especially the management, were exceptionally good and kind towards me when I stayed here for 8 nights last September ('23) sorry I only put a 5* rating at that time, I've just come back, in March '24 & I apologize I must've been too busy to write a proper review at that time ! I am so sorry but better late than never ! Nice hotel, friendly staff, central location close to the port. Only downside is the chargeable parking, although discounted when staying here I think it would benefit from being free for staying guests as if you’re staying more than 1 night it can work out quite expensive.

Wow this place is very impressive! I travel all over the UK for work, this is pretty much the best I've seen. Wireless phone charging in the nightstand and room mood LEDs. Need I say more. Mini fridge!
