I ordered the food from here and the ambience was so good. The only thing is the service and they are very bad at that.

There is a lovely young girl who makes the place a lot more tolerable. She is very smiley, cheery and has exceptional customer service (cathy i think). It's a pity she is working somewhere where the rest of the team don't seem to care.I would like to know what numpty decided to put the drinks fridge right at the till. When they are trying to fill it customers can't pay, both customers and staff clearly get frustrated, It obviously wasn't thought out very well.The place is dirty, and looks a little neglected if I'm honest.My food was OK, a tad disappointed, I'm actually not sure what I was expecting. Maybe I'll try something different next time (in a different subway as well)

Really bad customer service. The Chinese girl was rude and unfriendly. Wanted to make two order of sandwiches but after she took my first order she just went off and on her way as if she was busy but she’s not while avoiding eye contact. Do note that I was trying hard to make eye contact and get her attention. Secondly, once my sandwiched was done, she just packed it in the bag and left it on the service counter without saying thanks or anything and went on her way as she was probably “too busy” to entertain me. Overall, she was one of the rudest worker I’ve met in Belfast as the customer service was really bad. Hopefully the manager takes action.

My elderly mother visited this restaurant. Before her order she had asked if the toilets were available and she was told yes. While having her meal, a child who was type 1 diabetic called in and was refused entry to the toilets. After my mother finished her meal, she then went to go to the bathroom to be greeted rudely by a male member of staff who said that the toilet was closed. She explained that she was told that they were open and he replied “that was then and this is now” she informed me of his rude approach and felt embarrassed and now having to seek a toilet elsewhere in the town. I’d like to make you aware of the importance of incontinence, those with diabetes urinate more frequently and also ladies of an age may present bladder problems. This could be a case of an individual with a stoma bag which may have burst or need changing. To refuse anyone the use of a toilet while a shop is still open and also a paying customer is disgusting.

Was standing in line an some small asian soyboy shoved me out the way and said "WATCH OUT THE WAY MATE" previously i asked about the pricing on the wall and he legit argued with me and said "Nah nah mate those are just the prices up to"also the chinese girl doesnt even know that nachos have salsa and didnt bother cutting my sub. so so mid

The Sandwich Artist called Matthew is honestly the best employee I have see in any subway! He goes out of his way to help out and provide spectacular customer service. He really goes the extra mile! After getting a vegan chicken wrap in tesco I was very disappointed by it but I came into Subway and matthew recommended the "TLC" wrap - fantastic name ahaha He made me feel very welcome and I will definitely be coming back in future!! This the best subway I have ever been to due to staff like Matthew

Ordered lunch with a colleague, apart from it being lunch time and the staff were very slow. I would plan additional time if out on lunch break as simply no time to enjoy your food once served.

It may sound like hyperbole but the title of this review says it all. A well stocked, well run version of this franchise. Ryan is an asset to Subway.
