I had a hot Dark 85% regular size with cocoa whip. The drink tastes excellent - both the whip and drink were smooth, strong in the cocoa taste while not bitter. I highly recommend you to have a drink and take a break there. Shop some beautiful chocolate as souvenirs or gifts. They all taste good.However the staff wasn't very nice - she didn't ask me if I have the drink here or takeaway. The beautiful whip was destroyed by the cover. THIS STORE IS AMAZING!! As for all these people leaving reviews saying they were asked to take their poppy off. COMPLETE LIES! The staff even wear poppies. I have been in several times wearing my poppy. NO ISSUE!! PEOPLE MAKING UP LIES and feeding false information from an anonymous facebook account. I love this shop! Went there for the hot chocolate, stayed for the gorgeous view of the Scottish Provident building.The hot chocolate with oat milk was very nice.If you download the app and present it to the cashier, a 20% discount will be applied to your drink.
