There is a lovely young girl who makes the place a lot more tolerable. She is very smiley, cheery and has exceptional customer service (cathy i think). It's a pity she is working somewhere where the rest of the team don't seem to care.I would like to know what numpty decided to put the drinks fridge right at the till. The Sandwich Artist called Matthew is honestly the best employee I have see in any subway! He goes out of his way to help out and provide spectacular customer service. He really goes the extra mile! After getting a vegan chicken wrap in tesco I was very disappointed by it but I came into Subway and matthew recommended the "TLC" wrap - fantastic name ahaha He made me feel very welcome and I will definitely be coming back in future!! Ordered lunch with a colleague, apart from it being lunch time and the staff were very slow. I would plan additional time if out on lunch break as simply no time to enjoy your food once served.
