Food is good if you get what you ask for. Food will either be missing or not what was requested. No doughnut this time, missing fries numerous times, cheese on a requested plain muffin, egg on requested plain muffins. I'm tired of complaining now.

We ordered from Carrickfergus McDonalds on Thursday night at 4:15pm just for quickness after a busy day... big mistake!! First of all the delivery time changed by 1 hr just before it was due to arrive and then was another 30 mins late. Delivery guy phoned us at 6:45 lost, didn't know where we lived, we had to go out looking for him found him wandering about in the next street totally lost. Needless to say he'd put the cold drinks in the warm food bag for carrying and food was cold. After a brief exchange at the door we realised he couldn't understand what we were trying to say..to take food back its cold.. and he was speaking in very broken English that we couldn't understand eventually getting nowhere with this poor man we took food of him and my husband too it back himself. The papper bag had been opened or dropped food boxes were also open and thats the reason we didn't want to a accept them at the door. Husband brought back new order almost cold too no APOLOGIES from restaurant just to say they have nothing to do with the order once it leaves the store..IS THAT TRUE McDONALDS NO RESPONSIBILITY £24 OUT IF POCKETas second lot of food was also cold.

Enjoy this place... Always kept clean... Staff very friendly and helpful.. The only annoying thing.. Which I seen for myself...able body Delivery drivers parking in the 2 only disable parking bays When there was other spaces available in the car park .. Parking up.. Getting there delivery bags out of there delivery cars.. And disabled drivers.. Either having to wait til they come out to obtain the space. Or having to park further away from the shop and trying to walk the longer distance...or queue up and go through the drive thru..

Terrible will not be back ordered here a few times and they mess up orders I’ve been given the wrong order by them countless times now so I won’t be back here again messed up a kids happy meal twice and just got given a small chip and a burger after ordering two Big Mac meals and a frappe and a PLAIN BURGER HAPPY MEAL which they managed to mess up 3 times and the staff were rude about it aswell
