Me and my husband visited the midnight haunt for his birthday last night for the first time together. He used to go there when he was a child with his mum, he’s now 37 and when he tasted the chicken satay he knew that the recipe hadn’t changed in about 20 years because it tasted so good. When we asked the manager she confirmed that her mum has always cooked the recipes herself in the kitchen from them opening over 20 years ago. We had an excellent experience in the Midnight Haunt. Food was fresh and tasty we shared three starters of chicken satay , duck pancakes and spring rolls . All delicious For main we had crispy chicken in honey soy and cashew and crispy chicken sweet and sour with young chow fried rice . Everything was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely food, very hot, freshly made, and so tasty. We were welcomed by a lovely girl who made us comfortable and took our order. The restaurant is very clean and tidy, with modern comfortable decor. We'll be back.
