First time here tonight. Big menu choice, but this might be the problem, waiting time is horrendous, for a chippy. It’s utterly chaotic in there. It needs someone in to trouble shoot why 6 members of staff can’t get it together and get the orders out faster. The staff need to stop touching their faces and hair ( basic food hygiene) and get on with serving the food. I saw 2 different people return wrong orders. Food is always nice, however the delivery time leaves much to be desired and shows no sign of improving you could be waiting from an hour onwards the longest I've waited was just short of two hours was getting very close to cancelling and ordering from elsewhere, if you order from the shop itself you could be waiting 15 or 20 mins for the food unusually long from what is essentially a chippy. My advice dont wait to order, order early because you're in for a long wait
