Absolutely atrocious customer service.Called them because some of the food I ordered from delivery was missing, they said "I give all to delivery driver, maybe they didn't give" then hanged out. Didn't offer a refund for the missing food, didn't offer to call the driver so we could get our food. Just straight up hanged out. Actually shocked at how BAD this was. Fantastic service from a cheerful and helpful cashier. I asked them if they were open and he said yes, I have never felt joy like I had in that moment for I knew I'd be soon tucking in to the most scrum diddly umptious cuisine in the occupied six counties.
If you're looking for Halal delicious food in Enniskillen then Chaska is the best place to get food,Mr Naeem served me at the till and he amazed me with his hospitality and knowledge of the menu,We got exact order without any errors and food was fresh, hot and delicious.We ordered chicken shawarma and fish & chips with drinks.Cleanliness & maintenance was great at the restaurant unfortunately they haven't got much space for eat in so we have to take away the food.It's not expensive...read full review
