Went here for the desserts evening as I was informed by a friend that it was amazing. Unfortunately amazing it was not. Cake was very dry with hardly any cream and the side of ice-cream was mainly ice. Definitely not worth the money.Parking: Hard to get if its busyKid-friendliness: It is

Barbara Ann's is a delight to visit. Food is superb, the freshly baked cakes, traybakes, scones, cheesecakes are delicious ?. The atmosphere is relaxed, environment is lovely and service is excellent. Highly recommend !

Really great food and service. Recommeded by the team at SD Kells and they were spot on. A cosy cafe with a really pleasant and helpful staff. We also took away some bums for later, well worth a visit.
We sat at a table and were asked if we would move, which we did we then waited 15 minutes and had to ask for service totally being ignored. The table we sat at 1st lay empty until for ag3s after we moved then 2 other people sat down . The reason we were asked to move was it was a bigger but the other people were wete not approached to move. We have been in cafe a few times this was not an enjoyable 1. Being ignored when thete are numerous staff on duty is not good.
