An amazing shop! Open all year round, and with their amazing secret recipe ice cream, not to be missed. Highly recommend a visit if you're in the area!Parking: Parking area on the right hand side of the building.Kid-friendliness: Children are most welcome, while the parents are buying the ice cream the kids go and look at the toys.Wheelchair accessibility: Entry level with outside ground.
I know things are tough but near £3 for a scoop of ice cream in a tub is just madness, being going here from a child 40 years ago and now i bring my own grown children but as much as i live there ice cream its just not affordable any more for a family to visit.

Their fudge ice cream is the best ice cream i have ever tasted. Well worth the 1 hour drive!

Busy iceream parlour and toy shop. Large free car park. Shop sells a wide range of gifts toys and greeting cards.
Really enjoyed a visit today. The ice cream is always the great draw, but this time we were buying a floor mat, porridge oats, and other random things. There’s a huge variety of toys, food and household items here. They sell books on local history, and the R.S. Ó Direáin / F. McHugh one, Islandmagee and Templecorran: a Postcard History, has the story of The Rinkha inside! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Toy ankylosaurs up on top of the till! Great to see a family-run enterprise still going strong after so many decades. They have an area celebrating their history with loads of interesting photos of the dance hall and live music acts that played here. They have their own big, free car park outside.
