We checked in early, and we were greeted by the wonderful Mags. She was so friendly and attentive and gave us the warm Irish welcome we were hoping for. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only downside was that the hot water was only slightly warm. We asked for more toilet roll at reception, and by the time we reached our room, there was a lady waiting with the toilet roll and also gave us fresh cups. There is a restaurant next door but if you fancy something else there is nothing in walking distance.

We were in Lisburn, from the US, for a family Wedding! We found th staff to be exceptional! Specifically, Kerri, manager & Stephen! They went over & beyond to help us secure taxis & gave us bus information in detail! One evening, we had a person in our party sick. The restaurant kitchen had closed & Stephen found cup of soups & snacks to accommodate our needs. Amazing service! Cleaning staff, also went out if their way to freshen our towels & linens! Thanks you! We appreciated all your help & direction!

Staff very friendly and pleasant. Food very good. The Hotel itself was clean if a tad shoddy, but I understand it's under refurbishment.Hopefully if I return it will be to a fabulous Hotel.

We 27 of us had the Christmas lunch special. I'm of the opinion that the food is cooked frozen and reheated. The veg was ether undercooked or a soggy mush. The roasties were frozen, then deep fried, and the stuffing was rank paxo. The turkey was tasteless. I didn't eat it.Walkability: 10 minutes walks you into town. There are ample great eateries pubs and cafes to eat in.

Good budget hotel. Rooms at the rear are very quiet (apart from some of the other customers)

Friendly and very helpful staff. The rooms are basic but modern and clean. Good size bar which also acts as the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was worth a visit. If you are looking for a basic hotel offering good value for money I would recommend here. Good

The place is ok and is what you expect from a premier Inn. Nice clean room well spaces and a pub next door. There is a shopping center 500 meters away where there is bus stop to Belfast number 38, 238 and 538 so it is easy to get around.
