In Ireland, there are bars, food shops and gas stations that have what's called an off-license to sell alcohol for removal from the premises. We stopped in to obtain fixings for an Aperol Spritz. Aperol is a bright orange aperitif with a zesty orange and complex herbal flavor and a touch of vanilla. The ratio is 3:2:1 of Aperol, a dry Prosecco, and club soda.
