“A Truly Excellent Visit to Bob and Bert’s I had an outstanding experience at Bob and Bert’s. As a disabled person, it can often be difficult to find places that are both accessible and welcoming, but this location truly delivered on both. The layout was thoughtfully designed with great access throughout the café. I was able to move around comfortably, and the staff were considerate and helpful without making a fuss. That alone made a big impression. The counter staff were especially friendly. Every interaction felt genuine and warm. They were not only efficient and professional, but also incredibly kind and attentive. I noticed how great they were with children, taking the time to engage with them and making families feel at home. Their patience and cheerful attitude created a relaxed and inviting atmosphere for everyone. The food was genuinely exceptional. The French toast was rich, fluffy, and perfectly cooked. The spud stack was full of flavour and texture, easily one of the most satisfying dishes I’ve had in a long time. The burger I ordered was also excellent—juicy, well-seasoned, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Every plate that came to the table looked carefully prepared and tasted even better than expected. While the prices are on the higher end, the quality of the food, the level of service, and the overall experience made it completely worthwhile. I have no hesitation paying a little extra for a place that puts this much care into everything they do. This visit to Bob and Bert’s was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were exceptional, and the food was unforgettable. I’ll definitely be returning, and I’m happy to recommend it to others looking for great food and a welcoming environment with outstanding customer service.”

Have used for breakfast and coffee with pastries with both great.

The bakery is lovely with well prepared high quality items.

“Just stopped at this cafe on route to Belfast international airport and what a revelation. The breakfast was absolutely delicious along with a great coffee. It is in a shopping centre with plenty of parking so easy to get to. I also took away some delicious sweet tray baked treats for the flight. This is a good old style cafe and worth a visit.”

“This is smallish cafe, quite unpretentious, but very popular.
This is why, we paid, I think, £8:00p for 2 flat whites, and 2 slices of cake.
We were served by a lovely, cheerful and very friendly lady.
We couldn't ask for more.
The place was busy when we arrived, and I soon understood the reason for that. The food, and the portion sizes coming out of yhe kitchen were remarkable!
So if ever you are in the Sperrins direction, go there to eat.”
