I visited Bob & Berts Magherafelt at around 1pm on a Wednesday.Despite forgetting to lift my table number, the staff were all quite polite about it, and the table's food still came hot. My fries and goujons were good quality, and were definitely enjoyed. Food really tasty. But lady behind till needs a chill pill. Absolutely no customer friendly approach at till. Really off putting. Big shame for Magherafelt branch. Have been served at till by some really nice ladies.

Just witnessed the staff here deal with an incredibly busy post-transfer test service period. They all did it with smiles, patience and great energy, getting though the queue as quickly as possible. Round of applause to each and everyone!
