Very pleased with our dining experience at Captain Jack's. Have driven past it many times but last night decided to give it a go - a good decision. Menu was good - uncomplicated and each dish easily explained. Service was good, without being rushed - which I like !! When the food arrived both my wife and I were very pleased. She had the stuff chicken wrapped in bacon, while I had the brisket stack. Both meals were well presented and beautifully cooked - with a generous serving....read full review

Came here for food after visiting the aquarium. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, the staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations for tourist things to do. Will definitely come back here ? My partner says the chowder deserves a review on its own, absolutely savage- from a Cork man?
