Very busy, so had to wait for order to be taken. Didn't wait long for food to arrive. Piping hot, average size portions. Prices similar to bar/restaurants. Ordered a honeycomb frappe (£4.50) VERY disappointed, consistency & taste of flavoured milk. No honeycomb in sight & no cream on top. Dont know if this is the normal for their frappe or the person did not know how to make a proper frappe.Parking: Parking near on impossible.

First time for me here, and I can't say a bad thing about it. Brilliant friendly staff can't do enough for us. The food was an excellent price and tasty and restaurant clean and tidy throughout. We will be back to explore the menu more. Cheers Regency.
