Was in town for lunch with a friend and they didn't have any vegan desserts, tried another place and again, neither did they. So we came to Nero's as I knew I could get a delicious vegan chocolate cheesecake and coffee. Having a reliable menu on your doorstep is underrated. Thanks Nero for stepping up the vegan game. Called in for a coffee and a rest from shopping. Plenty of room for my husbands wheelchair. Staff were great very helpful.Wheelchair accessibility: From the main road push button accessible doors. Room to move to counter and table. staff was very helpful, brought our order over to the table for us as husbands wheelchair is not self propelled. Thank you to everyone who were so helpful

I visit here quite often. The staff they have are amazing. They provide the personal touch and make it known they have seen you before. Always a smile and professional service. I look forward to my visits and sampling the lovely food and drinks.
