Ordered a plain burger, specified that I wanted just the burger and bun, it was even written down that the burger was to be plain, yet when I went in to collect my order the burger was fully dressed, instead of making a new one, Mary just grabbed one from the deli counter and threw it into a cold bap, the burger was barely warm and went cold after a few bites, customer service was shocking as I was greeted with a dirty look and not even a 'hello'. My sister told me about this place ... So made me take her !! It wasn't a bad idea ~ staff were lovely first and foremost, service was relaxed and friendly, the food was incredible and delicious. Definitely returning when I'm back in Belfast.
