This might be one of the most stunning cafes in Ireland. The setting is fantastic. The staff are lovely and there is great parking which is definitely a plus!

Sunday brunch ?

All good - only reason for a 4 on atmosphere ( and actually it got sorted very well) was that if couples are eating if there's no table for 2 they'll obviously take a table for 4 so that's a waste and means that those following ( couples or more ) have to sit outside even if it's raining. However it's a difficult one to get right in a smallish place AND in our case, the barrista came to get us from outside as soon as space was available. And on that, staff all very pleasant, well mannered, efficient and friendly.Parking: If place is busy the carpark beside can be full , however there's other places nearby from which you can walk.

This Review relates to the Portstewart location only - can’t find a separate listing for it on TA Experience as follows: Entered - smoky/ poor ventilation - coming from kitchen area Noisy - lots of noise (plates etc) from open kitchen area competing with the music and people trying to talk over both Cold (arrived 9:30 am - would have expected to be warmer by then) Expensive - but then most things on North Coast are Scones - limited variety. Not fresh. Covered in a sugar glaze. Excuses - sorry we have run out of jam. Went back to kitchen area to ask if had any marmalade instead? No. ‘But you are serving scones and toast’? Response - It’s very busy this time of year. My response - that’s why you plan for it. It should have been a single star. But it’s Christmas

At first glance the place looks good but upon ordering the cracks begin to show. The gluten free pancakes listed on the menu don't exist if only in word form. The customer service isn't great with a its your privilege to be eating in such an establishment attitude. The cardboard boxes and wooden cutlery provided are impractical and if offered for the sake of the environment then separate bins should be provided to recycle the pathetic stuff at the very least. Not sure why the place is so busy but I suppose we all need something to post on social media. Lovely location which is what makes the whole thing a real pity

A little gem - nice little cafe in a lovely location. Best avocado toast I’ve ever had! Totally worth a visit, beautiful view (even in the rain :)

What a little gold mine! During a flying visit to Portstewart, I was taken to Lost & Found for breakfast last Saturday and begged to go back on Sunday. We sat outside where the delicious food was brought to us in neat cardboard boxes while we enjoyed the stunning ocean view. The coffee was simply the best!

Get more staff!Been several times and every time it’s incredibly slow as there are not enough staff. They are under pressure therefore rude and unhelpful. During the heatwave I asked for a bowl of water for the dog owners (all of whom had already asked!) they told me it’ll ‘be around’ I looked several times then when I demanded a bowl I heard a member of staff complain as to why they had to give another bowl (are bowls scarce?) The best thing about it is the location. Coffee is good. Food is ok. Service bad. Go somewhere else close by if you want good service.

Smallest takeaway cups ever, got two coffees and tray bakes, all served in takeaway boxes and cups, why? We where only sitting outside. Guys you’re charging plenty, a proper cup or larger takeaway cup would make all the difference. Tray-bakes tasted better than they actually looked.

Portstewart cafe - excellent quality of good but marred by the lack of plate and cutlery ! It was provided in a cardboard box with wooden knife and fork (not really adequate to the job of cutting up toast - and I had to deconstruct the box to get at it). Only when leaving did I see people eating from real plates and with metal cutlery! What on Earth had we done to deserve that service? Understandable if it was a takeaway - but it wasn’t. But the quality of the food was good - avocado with chilli and feta cheese. I recommend it but best eaten with the correct utensils!
