The best Indian we’ve ever had and so well priced. We were blown away !

Our second visit and you didn't disappoint.Attentive service, a good choice on the menu; which we had been able to view in advance. (2 of our party were travelling up from Warwickshire)Four clear plates showed quality of food.Given it was Christmas Eve it was fairly quiet. We will be back in 2024!Vegetarian options: Paneer was a veggie option for us

First time and just amazing fresh tasty food. Very polite waiters and nice ambience. This is now my regular and is only a 15 min drive from Morpeth.Vegetarian options: Good selection for the veggies in the group

Ate here recently with a large group for a birthday, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Staff were kind, friendly and attentive. Food was amazing. 5 stars are not enough for this place. Definitely worth a visit.

The staff are wonderful attentive and friendly. The food is amazing and the venue is beautiful. Can’t praise Lal Khazana enough. If you like good Indian food and you’re in the area then this is the place to go!!

Superb curry! I would have given five stars instead of four but the Mixed Kebab starter wasn't the best I've had - I'm not sure if it had been marinated and cooked in a traditional style Clay Oven or if the red Tandoori sauce was added to give it a little authenticity. Don't let that put you off though because the curry really was superb.

Great take away. Very friendly staff and delicious food. Good size portions and reasonably priced. Loved it!

The staff can’t not be faulted, asked for recommendations based on what I liked and the staff gave me plenty of options. The food is always top notch. The high light of my night was Mr Miah showing me his world famous UFC moves much to the stones delight.

We got a takeaway from this restaurant and have to say it must be one of the best I've ever tasted - really good value for money and the honey sweet and sour chicken and the massalla chat were to die

The best curry in the north east by a mile. All the staff are very accommodating and welcoming. The highlight of my visit is always Mr Miah with his Jackie chan moves anyone that wants entertainment please ask for this guy he’s very accommodating and ask him about the hole in the wall. Looking forward to returning soon and trying something new. Keep up the good work lads

I ordered a vegetable Aam Milon for takeaway, which was described as "a mild creamy dish with crushed mango, ground cashew and pistachio nut". Unfortunately what I received was an inedible mush of what tasted like frozen peas and carrots in a bland sauce; I couldn't even finish it. Had I ordered this to eat-in I would have sent it back to the kitchen. I won't be ordering from here again!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian option seemed to use frozen peas and carrots, although I note that the restaurant has denied this in a response to another negative review.

All in all of very good. Rang to place order, was told food would be ready in circa 35 mins... and it was....? Polite, friendly and efficient. Tasty food, decent portions and good value for money. Would return. Thank you!

Very clean restaurant & there were quite a few diners when we arrived so it had some atmosphere. Quite quickly we were the only people left in the restaurant (7.30pm). The waiter took some time to take our order. I was disappointed in the dish I had in that there was hardly any chicken in it and what was there was tough/overcooked. The rice was nice as was the naan bread. My husband reported the same with his dish. The toilets were very clean.Mixed reception from the staff and at the end of the meal they hovered a lot which made us feel we'd outstayed our welcome at 2100. Restaurant felt chilly at this stage so we did decide to leave.I don't think we will be returning as we've had better elsewhere with decent portions and tender meat.Parking: I'd say room for around 8-10 cars in a gravel carpark.Wheelchair accessibility: All ground level so ok for wheelchairs although I'm not sure there was a disabled access toilet.

We had a takeaway meal from here while stopping in the area with my family. It's a little pricey but it's worth it. I can honestly say that it's one of the best Indian meals I've had. Generous portions beautifully cooked. Sadly it's not local to us but we will definitely visit again when we are next in the are.

We had a great night with friends whilst visiting the area on holiday. The food was very good with options for vegetarian and gluten intolerance’s catered for! Staff were very polite and welcoming. We enjoyed our meal and the drinks were very reasonably priced.
