Hugely disappointed not to be able to attend meetings here, there is no disability access, everywhere requires climbing stairs, not something I can do.With the age of the building there is nothing they can do, without spending a lot of money. Obviously something the new owners may consider?Breakfast was ok, but nothing to write home about, much better options available locally and with easier parking access, the archway was built and designed for a model t ford not modern cars of a larger size.Dietary restrictions: Breakfast has veggie options, cannot comment on anything elseParking: Parking area is dark with unlevel pot holed areas, it was not gritted when I attended an early morning meeting. The 2 disabled spaces had been used by the bin men to return the empty dustbins. This is beyond the control of the hotel.Wheelchair accessibility: Non available, stairs are required to get to everything

Lovely one night stay, room was really comfortable nice decor, very friendly staff and located in the centre of town, parking at the rear of the inn. We didn’t have food as we had already eaten but it certainly looked good and smelled delicious. We certainly will stay again.

Couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant staff. Food fantastic. I was with my 85 year old mum for mother's day and this really did make our day

We came today for Sunday Lunch and WOW .. amazing food and service was fantastic!Plenty of meat, well presented, it really lived up to what I had been recommended.. I can’t wait to return! The owner was extremely friendly, down to earth and couldn’t do enough for us. See You Soon!!

Good food and good service. Tom was efficient and even though we hadn't booked we were made to feel welcome. Would recommend. The steak pie was great ??

Thought we would try here as the reviews we seen was good but unfortunately it was a distaster today. Staff were very rude and didn't care at all. My partners food came out 15 mins after everyone else's with only 3 carrots and 1 piece of brocoli then when ordering dessert we managed to get the check before my desert came out. Very unfortunate but will say the manager was very apologetic just a shame the other staff were more bothered about standing their than helping out.

We had a table booked for 16.30 arrived 4.20 no service no food. Staff ignored us as they were taking a personnel phone call on there mobile. Worst ever. Avoid like a dose of covid in 2020 before the vaccine.

We went for lunch today and it was lovely! Great decor, lovely food and very friendly & helpful staff. The Moules Marinere and sticky toffee pudding especially were great!!

Food was really tasty, sadly the service wasn't the best. Staff in the bar and restaurant seemed more interested in mobile phones. Our friend had booked lunch, told table was ready , when we went upstairs to the table it hadn't been cleaned. It was cleaned upon request.

I have never ordered fish and chips as a meal of choice, but when I saw and smelt it delivered to a neighbouring table me and my partner had to go for it! It did not disappoint, I would definitely recommend to any travelling by! Friendly and quick service also ?

Such a beautiful and relaxing place to eat food. I have to say the chicken, haggis, and Parma ham dish was the sexiest thing on the menu! Kind and caring staff and plenty of drink options.
