My friend and i stayed for a couple of nights,the room was very nicely decorated and taken care of and the food was amazing.The staff were polite and helpful,special mention to a young woman with dark hair i think her name was chloe she couldn’t have done enough for us.And even though we had some difficulty with the room the bar staff were absolutely amazing at sorting us out,many thanks

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights, and the whole experience was fantastic. Staff were very attentive, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable of the history of Alnwick and surrounding areas Rooms were spotless, extremely comfortable and the level of detail faultless. Food was reasonably priced, but most of all absolutely delicious. I stayed for two nights, it was lovely would definitely recommend. Front of house, domestic team were really helpful.The food was outstanding, twelve of us ate and everyone really enjoyed their food, nothing left on any plate. I also had two breakfasts, beautiful wish I could have stayed longer and tried more of the menu!Parking: Loads of parking, just a little tight getting up to the car park.
