“What a gem of a find! We visited early around 4.30pm and had the best food and drink we've had all holiday! We highly recommend the Lindesfarne and Traitors Gate Burgers, washed down with a refreshing glass of Pinot Grigio! Our Cocker Spaniel was welcomed in the bar area, service was perfect! Well done! Shame we're not local, we'd become your regulars! Thank you Team Foxtons!”

“Great wee pub / bed and breakfast hotel. Rooms are comfy and well appointed, clean and bathroom/shower was good. Breakfast was made to order, there's a vegetarian option and decent choice.

Only critique I would offer is that there weren't any blackout curtains in the room we stayed in which meant in July it got dark late and light quite early. If you can't sleep with an eye mask like myself it meant a bit of tough going.

Staff were great. Super friendly.
