Stopped off here for lunch whilst exploring the lovely town of Berwick-upon-Tweed. Great service and staff were very friendly. Food was excellent, very tasty and filling. Great value for money. Also bought cakes to go as they looked so tempting. Plenty of seating inside with a couple of tables outside.

Quirky little restaurant we found off the main drag through Berwick. We came back again and once again had a lovely lunch. Happy to recommend.

A great cafe, with a good menu and excellent choice of homemade cakes. Dogs are welcome, such a refreshing change from most establishments. Not our first visit, and not our last.

Lovely tea rooms, ideal, the best review I can give is unfortunately we don't live locally because if we did we would be there all the time ???

Hadn’t been for over a year, thought as we was passing we would pop in, it wasn’t busy but stood waiting whilst girl on the counter was writing up the cake description, we then pressed the bell even though she had seen us, she then seated us, waited an age for order to be taken & was on the point of leaving, other table had ordered & had received there order even though they was after us ! The cake / tray bake that I ordered, I couldn’t swallow, it was dry & heavy, my husbands bake well sponge was ok. When I went to pay, I commented on the Turkish Delight cake & that it was inedible for me as I was unable to swallow it, she asked if I would like to take it home, I don’t know why as I don’t think eating at home would be any better, she then charged me for the privilege of ordering the uneaten cake, won’t be back as there is plenty of other cafes in Berwick with better customer service !

Whilst spending a day in Berwick my wife & I went to the Corner House cafe for our lunch. We we were welcomed by the staff & asked to take a table. A lady came & took our order. My wife had bacon in a ciabatta with an americano & I had a bacon roll in malted bread with a latte. My wife also had a piece of carrot cake & I had a fruit/carrot scone which was a novelty. All of the food & the coffee was excellent. The cafe was spotless, the staff very attentive & friendly. It was obvious that plenty of TLC went into running this family business. We would highly recommend this cafe.

We were looking for somewhere that could cater for gluten-free and vegetarian. I found the cafe on TripAdvisor and we weren't disappointed. Good size portions, plenty of choice, friendly service. The cakes looked delicious and it's nice to see more chioce than just chocolate brownie, but we didn't have any room, I'm sure we will back again to sample the cake.

A lovely place for lunch and our dogs were welcome too. The BLT's were wonderful and the tea was served in China cups.

We both had banana milkshakes and they were nothing like milk shakes. No ice cream at all. Very insipid and not nice. They should have been called flavoured milk.

Cute place. Heart-warming staffs. Everything is all good but my recommendation is to improve the coffee and choco milkshake

A really welcoming cosy atmosphere. Only went in for a take away but would definitely go back to eat in. I am a vegan and was delighted that they had a variety of imaginative options. Cakes had cute names and again plenty of vegan options. They even cater for gluten free vegans, a real plus.

Excellent. Cozy. Friendly. 5 dog friendly tables plus 2 tables in a dog free area. Kids options on menu. Allergens support and some cakes are vegan.

We came with friends and our dogs today. It wasn’t too busy when we arrived so we managed to get a table no problem. The lady serving us was really friendly and went through the menu with us. We got fish finger sandwiche salad, soup and quiche and all were fantastic. Coffees were really nice too. This is a lovely little cafe with a bohemian type feel to it. We’ve been several times now and it never disappoints.

Came across this homey quirky cafe by accident when out walking the dog in an area quite unfamiliar to me . Happy with my sandwich and cup of tea . Cakes looked amazing ! Will try next time . But very very grateful to the member of staff who looked after my dog so I could nip to the loo before I set back on my journey . Very kind ! Thank you ? I’ll be back ?
