“Whilst trying to find a parking space, we saw this place and decided it looked perfect for some lunch.
We are so pleased we noticed this cafe, as the food we chose was delicious. The staff were all really friendly and efficient.
The downstairs deli was well stocked and we noticed that it was possible to order takeaway food that was made upstairs in the cafe.”

“Great sandwich shop with a large choice of fresh fillings; the home cooked ham is fantastic. The winner for me has to be the home made flapjack, awesome, the best I have ever tasted.”

“I was very impressed with Tea & Tipple. The coronation chicken sandwich was delicious and the gluten free options were great. My mam is coeliac and is used to getting tasteless bread that falls apart from cafes - not so at the Tea & Tipple. Her sandwich was made with delicious bread that tastes homemade. We will definitely be returning!”

“Have been here a few times on our holiday here - both for a drink and to eat - and I have to say that it’s been a consistently good quality. Service is friendly and efficient and food is definitely at the superior end of the pub food spectrum. Sunday lunch was great (and HUGE) and the lamb shank shepherds pie and toad in the hole were both super. Nice selection of cask ale and a decent wine list. I’ve been disillusioned with Greene King since they destroyed Loch Fyne (an annoying tragedy) and a couple of poor pubs. This place suggests it is all about who owns/manages the individual establishment. And these folks are good.
Highly recommended”

“if you are looking for a family ran bnb in Corbridge look no further. It is very reasonable for the service you get. The family that run this pub are highly proffesional , kind and just genuinely good people. they are always trying new ideas to see what works which in my opinion makes a business work. They listen to feedback to make alterations. This place is only going to get better. Me and my Fiance will be returning and highly recommend. Keep up the good work!”
