“I had a lovely 3 night stay with family on 30th May - 2nd June 2025. We stayed in lodge 26 Leaf Lane, the lodge was spotlessly clean through out, it had all the amenities that we needed and the hot tub was an added bonus. The site itself is really big, I understand why a lot of people use golf buggies to get around on, thankfully we cars to get around and go up to the restaurant. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I booked through Airbnb, host name Adam. The process was seamless and would definitely book to come again.”

“We're about to leave Olives Place after 3 nights here. I have to say from start to finish what an amazing place this is. I highly recommend staying here. We were greeted by a welcome pack comprising bottle of prosecco, bar of chocolate and large packet of crisps. I thought this was a lovely touch by the owners. The kitchen is very well equipped with good quality cooking implements. It is decorated very tastefully with lots of throws to cuddle up into whilst relaxing on the sofa or outside on the large verandah had the weather been less rainy. The hot tub was to die for. We have 2 small dogs who loved being here too. There is a short walk on the site for dogs on leads. There are a number of other places to drive to if you want to let them have a long off lead run. This vacation has been just what was needed after a stressful time. We leave feeling totally recharged and relaxed. Thankyou so much for giving us such a lovely time. We will definitely be back.”

“Wonderful. We were really worried about previous reviews and, to be fair to reviewers, when we first had a look at the Linden Tree ( we were staying in the hotel) we were told that 2 items were unavailable. We decided to 'risk' it and booked a table. So glad we did! The food and service were superb. We had 'nibbles: of mini scotch egg and sourdough with onion butter. Starters were whipped goats cheese and liver pate. Mains pork belly and fish of the day - hake. We have spent 40 years eating all over the world and, honestly, this meal was up there in the top 20. So I don't want to invalidate other reviewer's opinions but would suggest that you just go for it!”

Thank you so much, Lauren went above and beyond for us, taking time to find a giant rainbow lollipop for my son when he was disappointed that they had sold out. Lauren was amazing, messaging to source one and have it delivered ? , all the food we have ate here has been fantastic, and a brilliant atmosphere at bingo! Massive thank you to all staff it is definitely worth a visit ?❤️”
