Location is fantastic for a quick stop off / bite to eat or a drink..however, I found service to be painfully slow and the price expensive for what it was (coffee and slice of cake for around £7.)The disabled toilets are pretty difficult to use and not all the doorways are wheelchair friendly. Given this is at the end of the tyne green park there is so much more potential. I hope the owners are able to take this on board.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Wheelchair accessibility: Not very accessible but it is manageable.

Great little cafe to visit on the Tyne Green.I will park at the bottom and enjoy a walk up via the Riverside, but there’s also a car park opposite which I use when it’s wet.Staff very friendly and service is always with a smile.

The cafe has a basic lunch menu ordered from a bar in the golf club.Sat in the conservatory area which had a variety of seating options. Not luxurious but perfect for a stop off during a walk in the country park.
