Cracking little village pub frequented by locals and visitors. Good service, great range of ales and varied food menu with good portions. Add a coal fire and good atmosphere and you are set for a good evening.Dietary restrictions: Options for gluten free diners with clear knowledge of cross contamination issues

Small pub, wanted somewhere to go after out walk to dunstanburgh Castle. Little bit outdated. Food was good. No real complaints. Very cold in the dining room. We had to keep getting up to shut the door.
