What a wonderful holiday - I wish we were back in Seahouses and staying at Dunelm House again already! The b&b is fresh, spotlessly clean, quiet, and cosy. It's in a great, central location - a stone's throw away from the main street in Seahouses so a ten minute walk to the harbourside.Suzanne is a friendly, welcoming host and a font of local knowledge. Breakfast is served at a communal table which is great for meeting people from all over and picking up tips about what to see and do each day. The breakfast menu is varied and not a single dish disappointed. My favourites were the cinnamon French toast (great hangover cure) and the Full Northumbrian - a hearty take on the classic Full English with spectacular local bangers and the tastiest grilled tomatoes you'll ever have. Can't wait for our next visit, thank you Suzanne!

We stayed for one night, wish it could have been longer. Very central, free parking. Wee fridge in the room with fresh milk for tea and bottles of water. You can check in from lunchtime, which is great. Suzanne is the perfect host. Amazing breakfast, cooked to order.

What a lovely weekend my partner Alena and I had with Suzanne. The on suite was tiny but acceptable. Food, service, location and advice given, including where to eat and local activities were all brilliant. All things taken into account, the accomodation was first class. The other guests had all stayed previously, all breakfast plates were cleared. Such massive statements. Thanks for a lovely, warm, welcoming stay. Kind regards Robert and Alena. Please feel free to ask for my number to confirm this review. Xxx.

Great place to stay for exploring the area, this is a really nice comfortable B&B. Parking is a bonus. Suzanne is the hostess with the mostess, works very hard to make your stay a pleasure. Little touches like fresh milk for your in-room tea and coffee are much appreciated. The breakfasts are delicious too. The good reviews are well deserved, highly recommend.

The accommodation was clean and we had a bedroom, a lounge and a bathroom. We love our lounge with the TV in it. The host, Suzanne, was very cheery and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We really liked the cooked breakfast.

Have just spent the weekend here.Suzanne is a lovely lady , so welcoming. We had a fantastic room ,with it's own separate sitting room called 'the den'Everything spotless, and a most amazing comfortable bed.Breakfast time is a good way of meeting other residents, as we're all on one big table. We met some lovely people this weekend. The food is good, with plenty of choice. We only booked on the Thursday and arrived on Friday, .so glad we live in Co. Durham, not to far away.Seahouses and Bamburgh are lovely places, we will be back soon to Dunelm House .

Immaculate. Great host.wonderful breakfast ,lovely location but. We were big people and stayed for three nights .The room tho it had everything was too small and cost us over 600 nz =330 pound.s Any mystery that may have been in our 43 year marriage disappeared when we had to use the tiny no window but lovely en suite which was a metre from the bed my husband was sitting on .Seahorses is great jumping off point to see things along the coast but is spoilt by being over run by dogs.I commend this host in not falling into dogs in the bnb trap. A lovely little house.

We stayed at Dunelm House for four nights from 14 May this year. Cannot speak highly enough of Suzanne - she is the perfect hostess. We stayed in Room 4 on the ground floor which was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Will definitely be staying there again.
