We popped in for lunch and received a lovely welcome. The food was fabulous and the service was amazing. BUT the toilets are filthy. The seats don’t fit the toilet and are coated in grime to the point that they aren’t even white anymore. It also only had 3 stars for Food Hygiene which is not acceptable in this day and age really. Excellent atmosphere, excellent food, was only spoilt by a customer being very loud and abusive towards staff over a steak not cooked to their liking, the staff handle the situation very well, Iv seen the review they have left which is not true, the rest of the party ate theirs and after not getting a rise from the staff then decided to complain about hers after eating over half of it. We ordered a take away meat pizza and a green salad. It was really delicious. We had a glass of white wine and a beer while we waited for our order to be cooked and that was good. Everyone was very friendly and we are left feeling satisfied. Thank you.
