“One of the few pubs who serve good food on a Sunday evening and are dog friendly. We had a lovely evening taking our daughter out for her 20th birthday (with our dog). The very kind staff gave our daughter a gift as we left - very sweet. Thank you Nurseryman for a memorable evening.”

The ale's always very good and they have an incredible whisky selection with a few peated bottles from the Islay that you don't often see behind bars.Had a Sunday roast with the Mrs as well, they cater to vegans and it was absolutely delicious.Atmosphere is great, it's clean and all the staff are really nice. “Brilliant value for money! Only £6.80 and you can get soup/soft drink with a very large portion of rice or noodles (spicy or not you should ask). Anywhere else it might have costed from £25-50. All in all 4 people ate £28 and there was like 50% leftover. Great service.Kid-friendliness: They don't mind any age as long as they don't become hyperactive or start screaming and things like that.”
