We dined at the Fox Inn yesterdayExcellent building / decor, excellent atmosphere, good food, good staff, spacious car parking.Overall it did seem a little pricey to be rated 5 stars, but 4 stars is very good nevertheless! We'll be back!
Called in to the Fox on our way to Derbyshire, purely on the off chance, for lunch. The young lady was friendly, professional and helpful. My wife had scampi and I the ham & eggs. Well cooked, generous portions and served quickly. Great place to stop for lunch at a fair price.

Lovely food with a broad menu that has something for everyone (braised blade of beef, battered haddock; Veggoe chilli & lasagne all excellent) friendly service; excellent choice of different flavour gins. Reasonable prices too.
