I always order online and unfortunately a few of my orders were wrong on missing a few ingredients!!! I love my Caramel with 4xs the caramel more than normal!!! So I called the Shop directly!!! I was EXTREMELY lucky to get through to Lucy A! Not only was she wonderful and helpful she went out of her way to make the drink of my dreams!!!
