Called in on the off chance with the dog.Bar area dog friendly, and was quite full with really welcoming staff and locals.Ordered food and was treated to one of the finest bar meals, that I have had. Fantastic!
Called there today with my father and son. . Was so happy to see sign on the door saying dogs welcome even though I didn't have my dogs with me.Was welcomed straight away by the staff. Just so friendly .My father and son had small fish and chips with mushy peas. It was a very good portion size.Chips were what I call home made. Lovely clean toilets, nice atmosphere but it’s quite a small space so it felt a bit claustrophobic. Good, friendly service but crisp flavour wrong. Dogs welcome, but not offered a gravy bone - on the bar in a jar.Wheelchair accessibility: Tricky for wheelchairs given the cramped space indoors.
