Ordered a chicken dansak and garlic naan and was not disappointed. It was just the way I like it, Madras hot with plenty of chicken well balanced. The garlic naan was also spot on. Will be ordering again very soon.

Always order from here and love it today ordered and Nearly 2 hours later no food! Never experienced this and to be honest I no longer what to eat! It’s Sunday night! Usually get a text to keep you informed but nothing!! Very disappointed

Ordered via Uber dont know if it makes a difference was told 30 minutes it took 90 minutes food was lukewarm never again used to be a great placebut its gone seriously downhill ill go elsewhere next time

Ordered a take away, for delivery at 6.40pm told 1 hour 20 mins, waited 1 and a half hours, rang to be told another 20 mins. Cancelled order. Very disappointed will not be recommend.

Food took 2 hours to come and was freezing cold the management asked if they could sort us out next time and was very rude about itThe chicken pakora had no chicken In it absolute con don't buy this dish as it was pure batter mix and no chickenwill not eat here every again

DO NOT RECOMEND! Ask for no onions, food arrives with onions £35 out the window after I ring to tell them it's not what I asked for and the arrogant bloke on the phone more a less calls me a liar! Will never be using again

Always very tasty. BUT! the chicken portion, rice and nan bread were all much smaller than usual. the chicken in the shaslick was overcooked and small pieces.Don't scrimp on the portion sizesNewark Tandoori or we will go elsewhere.This isn't the first time. We will give you one more chance.

Tonight I just fancied a treat for myself & 2 sons who are big curry fans, we live in a village between Newark and Bingham so I had a quick look at prices and Newark Tandoori were £6.20 for a chicken dish and the competition were all around £10.00 so I thought I'd give it a go. We had a Madras, a Rogan Josh and a Tikka Dhansak with Peshwari Nans and boiled rice. To my taste buds it was all excellent with the subtle flavours of the Rogan Josh and Dhansak coming through really nicely and my Madras was spot on for heat without blowing my head off! I would have enjoyed a little more sweetness in my Peshwari nan but it was probably more authentic that way. I was somewhat surprised that they do not sell papadums but if they had it would have been too much! They quoted a 40 minute collection time and it was ready in 35. Delighted customer - highly recommend
