Genuinely shocked by some of the reviews on here, though note most of them are old so could be why. We've been ordering from Billy's for at least 6 months now and every time it's been delicious! Their chips are the best around for miles and their battered sausages are a treat too. Also their curry sauce is proper chippy curry sauce! #ifyouknowyouknow
Used a few times before and the food has always been lovely, but took quiet some time to delv when less than 1/2 mile down the hill. This time how ever we ordered through Uber Eats . Small order for a small family tea . A large bag of chips were missing. Leaving only one bag. Which we gave to the children. I contacted the store and Uber. The man was hard to understand as the line was awful. Was questioned about where the food was. Erm ok I'm hardly going to call up about a bag...read full review

We've been ordering from billys for over a year now. Lovely fresh soft chips. Good meal deals. Ample servings. Fresh salads. And even got a bottle of wine given to us at Christmas.
