This quaint Caffè Nero is a nice place to escape the bustle of Old Market Square, but not entirely. When in during a rush, the seating downstairs can unintentionally make you develop close bonds with the strangers around you in a type of ao3 'trapped in the same space and forced to reconcile their differences' kind of way. Excellent customer service experience in this place. Arsi had a very professional beautiful smile that made this place cosy and welcome! The Luxury Caramel latte with cream on top of cream was the Heaven on Earth! Brilliant service!
