Not what it used to be.I remember George's when it first opened and loved that it stood out from the rest of the fish & chip shops by having a healthy option of grilled fish and veg/salads on the menu. Ordered takeaway here tonight. It’s probably the best battered sausage and chips I’ve had. definitely will be returning for another take out! Two pea fritters for just under £3. Giant and worth the money!!

This is the best chippy in West Bridgeford. Service is impeccable and the fish is just the best. Chips and mushy peas are very good. I can recommend this place for a great fish and chip dinner takeout.
