Dietary restrictions: Serves lactose and nut and gherkin intolerance as drive through. Don't get order correct 20% 1/5th of the time. Very frustrating for a drive through. 7 out of 10. Needs improvement at Bulwell and Hucknall McDonald's drive through. Otherwise food and service are fantastic thanks. P.S you all Don't get paid enough for the dedication and time hard work you put in.
This place is more bothered about just eat and deliveroo. Not really thinking about the pile of cars in the drive through. Get to the window, collect a cold coffee and then have to park up and try to enjoy your cold coffee and wait for some cold fries and a burger you didn't order.

Very rare do I ever have any issues with my order and when I do, it’s quickly replaced without question. Some of the staff are nice but some just seem like they don’t want to be there which I suppose in understandable.
