We decided to get something to eat from here there isn't any seating on the entrance level. There is some seating downstairs but this was blocked off when we visited, there is some seating upstairs which you can use the stairs or there is a small lift. The places wasn't in the best condition, it was relatively clean but was still grubby. Honestly, it's pretty good for a city center mcdonald's. Food was nice and hot restaurant is clean. Staff did look a little depressedWheelchair accessibility: Disabled toilet and lift are available

Very busy on an early Saturday afternoon (not surprising to be fair) so the queue for the kiosks was going out the door. Rude staff member managing this queue. Food was ready reasonably quickly despite how busy it was.
