The White Lion is an excellent pub that offers a great local experience. It has ample parking, both on the side of the pub and on the road, and is welcoming to well-behaved children. The entrance is accessible through the back gate. The Sunday lunch is fabulous, with great food and good-sized portions, although the beer choice and low-sugar drink options may not suit all tastes. The pub also features a relaxing bar and lounge, live entertainment, and an outdoor area and marquee available for hire. It is a popular destination, especially in the evenings when other pubs in the area close early.
