Simple instructions on delivery can’t be followed. Asked to ring the callbell, literally given you the flat entrance code, apparently you can’t read english. Food delayed for 2 hours on delivery and then putting the blame on customer for not picking up the phone for literally 2minutes , and being rude on the phone.
Do not order from here. Every 1 star review is correct. Ordered on just eat, advertised delivery time of 35 - 50 minutes. Ordered and waited patiently. They lied to just eat and marked the food as delivered. Rang them up after waiting 1hr 30 mins for the delivery to be told it was on its way. Yeah it said that 40 minutes ago on the app and still hasn't arrived. Abysmal service.
