Overall, a highly pleasant experience.We came on Saturday the 18th of November as part of a large group of 13. We booked for afternoon tea.The staff and management were hugely communicative and supportive throughout the process of securing our booking.I could not recommend this teahouse enough for your group gathering. Lovely decorated cafe, service was fantastic and food was quick and delicious. Lovely calm atmosphere and was cool inside from the hot weather. Toilet facilities were immaculate. Would definitely recommend to a friend and go again.

Lovely food and drink, plates are old cake plates and tea is served with a teapot, cup and saucer - the atmosphere is sweet. Music is a nice background to some conversation.Destination is a bit out of the way, having you walk down an alley.Service was good, drinks arrived fast but food took longer than expected considering the amount of people.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp through the door rather than a step.
