The Chequers Inn

On entering Jodie made us very welcome and advised us on what tables they had for two people. I advised her that I was Gluten Intolerant and she was very knowledgeable about what was available on the menu. We ordered drinks an perused the menu, without feeling pressured by any of the staff. Jodie took our order and explained that because they were very busy our food may take a little longer than normal to prepare, we were okay with this. Sadie served our food and again she was very friendly and really attentive, we had a main course and a dessert and we thouroughly enjoyed both. Thanks to Jodie and Sadie plus the quality of the food, we will definitely eat there again.
