We've been here several times for meals. The food really is excellent and the staff are great. Most of the time, I can't fault it.The only issue we've found is that if you go when they're really busy, you can left waiting a long time. 9 times out of 10, it's not a problem and we'll definitely be going back.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sunday carvery was of excellent quality and value for money. We managed to get a table without a booking (luckily) and staff made us feel welcome. Nice to meet and speak with the chef, too.

Visited for the Christmas menu after booking online only to be told we can’t order off this menu. I explained we booked through the website and reserved a table for this specifically but was told I needed to write in the comments box that we wanted this menu. This was not clear and the manager was rude and dismissive. Will not be returning
