Fabulous. And so pleased to hear that Ollie and JoJo are still running the place. Barman was a gem: enthusiastic and the ales and very chatty. Just as it should be! :-)

The kind of local you dream about. Huge selection of proper beers & ciders - even had the incredible Broadoak perry. Staff were very helpful, even bringing me the a glass of end of the barrel for free. Serves home-made pasties & rolls, very simple and delicious. Gorgeous fire, dogs welcome, plenty of seating.

A nice pub with some really good beers and ciders. It was a very cosy pub with a warm open log fire. Friendly and helpful staff. The food that was available when we were there though was just various types of pork pie and cheese boards so not a great variety. Also dog friendly.
